How much are shipping costs?

We offer FREE Ground shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US.  For orders under $50, we offer FLAT rate shipping of $5.95 within the contiguous US. 

Do you provide International delivery?

At this time, we do not provide International delivery.



How do I track my order?

 Once your order is ready to go out, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.  

  

When can I expect my order once shipped?

 Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (not including holidays or weekends) via USPS.  If your order qualified for FREE Ground Shipping, please allow 2 - 9 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. If you selected Flat Rate shipping at checkout, your package will be shipped via First Class or Priority mail and will arrive in 1 - 3 business days once shipped.   Please note that these are only estimates and that inclement weather or other circumstances may impact your package. 

 

If I am local, when will my order be ready for pickup?

 Orders are packed and ready for pickup within 24 hours (usually less) not including holidays or weekends. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

How do Pre-Orders work?

When you pre-order new items in our Facebook group, you are reserving your size and color preferences.  Pre-Orders are on a first come, first serve basis and you will not be charged at the time of pre-ordering.  When we receive enough pre-orders for an item, the item is then ordered from the Vendor.  Once the item arrives in stock, an email invoice will be sent to you. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt or they will be cancelled and the item will be passed along to the next person on the list.  All shipping, local pickup and return policies would then apply upon payment of the invoice. 

 

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes things do not work out for a variety of reasons so we aim to make the return/exchange process as easy as possible.  Should you need to return an item, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment (minus any shipping cost) provided that the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and meets the following criteria:  

- Item must be in original condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn) and retain all original tags.

- Item must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant stains, makeup and pet hair. 

- Item must have not be part of a sale/discounted at the time of purchase.

If an item is returned that does not meet the criteria above, it will ineligible for return and it will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

Shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded.  Since we offer a free shipping option to the customer, please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to include your invoice number in your return package.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes.  Please contact us to purchase a gift card. If you would like to purchase an e-gift card, we will provide your recipient with a code that can be used on the website during checkout.  Physical gift cards are also available for purchase in our Boutique. If you would like to purchase a physical gift card, please email us at sassygirlboutiquenj@gmail.com and we can arrange to either mail it to your recipient or you can pick it up if you are local.
